1. Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

• The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• All original tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices are included.
• The product is not part of the non-returnable category (see Section 2).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for the following items:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Items without original packaging or missing components
• Personal care items, earphones/headphones (for hygiene reasons)
• Software, digital downloads, or items marked “final sale”
• Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Shipping

• In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered products, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
• For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

4. Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at amazingstarbahrain@gmail.com.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, the order can only be returned in accordance with the return policy.
